We shared a couple of different focaccia’s for our lunch - mixed vegetables and smoked cheese and a beef and pork. Both were very delicious! Helpful and friendly service. We will definitely be back, probably tomorrow! 😁

Loved the focaccia sandwich – fresh sourdough filled with delicious cheese, tomatoes, and veggies. You can even see the bread being made right next to you! I had it with coffee, though something more refreshing might’ve been a better match. Still, everything was top quality, beautifully served, and absolutely worth it. I'd go back just for that sandwich!

The "MLRT Sourdough Microbakery" really impressed me. The focaccia (with ham, I think, was my bf's choice) and the pita breads - one with feta and spinach, the other with a delicious vegetarian spread - were simply delicious. The dough was fantastic and definitely my favourite compared to other pita breads I've tried. Very crispy yet refreshing. The atmosphere is relaxed and invites you to chill out - you can sit outside, watch the hustle and bustle and just take a deep breath. The staff were super friendly. We had a lovely chat, really authentic and warm. The sweet raspberry croissant was a highlight, although it really is very sweet - just the thing for those with a sweet tooth. If you're looking for something for a cosy brunch, a light lunch or a sweet snack, this is the place to go. You can feel the love that goes into their delicacies - and that's what makes them so special. One of my favourite places during my stay in Thessaloniki/Halkidiki.- Εξυπηρέτηση

A small space, no seating indoors. The staff were very helpful and kind. The cappuccino was good and the terrine cranberry and chocolate loaf was some of the best bread I’ve had in Greece. Local flour, sourdough…I wish I didn’t have lunch somewhere else so I could try the focaccia.

Great new addition to Thessaloniki's bakery scene. Probably the most forward thinking bakery in Thessaloniki currently bringing some new ideas and a new approach to what an artisanal bakery in the 21st century should look like. All the ingredients used here are of the highest quality, healthy and natural. You will find the city's best sourdough bread and some of the best focaccia's and pitas. I had the pleasure of talking with one of the owners Angelo who spent some time in NYC and is a well traveled fella who is very passionate about what he does. The man behind the counter explained each item with so much passion that I couldn't decide which one to get, I wanted to try them all. As he recommended the most typical one, I got a sandwich with goat feta cheese and fresh tomatoes. Once warmed up, this sandwich melts in the mouth. Amazing texture&flavor. I totally recommend this unique bakery! We had a mouthwatering chicken pie - probably the best I have ever tasted in my life so far...and a pie with vegetables and smoked cheese....absolutely mindblowing as well :))) Cannot wait to try the German Rye bread - a rare finding in Thessaloniki's market. The service was also super nice and warm - like the pies ;) 🤤😁🤤😁

The reviews are genuine. The sourdough bread is of superior quality. The Focaccia are crunchy and delicious plus there are many tasty and healthy fillings such as leek, local greens, etc.
awesome sandwiches and very friendly staff. The Romana panini was delicious, definitely visit if you are looking for focaccia and other breads in Thessaloniki
